Job Summary:
Lone Peak Dental seeking a dedicated Dental Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our company's multiple Pediatric Dental practices within Colorado.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Dental operations management, with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across multiple locations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the region
- Recruit, train, and supervise location managers to ensure consistent operational performance
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the region
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork among staff members
